In Star Wars you can see these little boxy droids wandering around amongst the spaceships. They're called "Gonks" or Power Droids, and they're essentially walking batteries. This is my second. He's built entirely from found parts (as the gonks in the film were). He's also wired with lights, remote control sound, and a "wobble drive" that creates enough vibration to shimmy him along the floor like he's walking. I was inspired by my cellphone "walking across my desk when it was ringing on vibrate. Check out the videos below.
